Our Founder
Femi F. is the proprietor and Chief Hustler & Financier of Hustle & Finance. He is a passionate financial literacy advocate and leading personal finance expert with over 15 years of experience in personal finance coaching and teaching. He learned at a young age the importance of financial literacy and as an adult was motivated to translate his knowledge into social impact. In 2009, Femi partnered with a lifelong friend to start a financial literacy education nonprofit organization called Developing Responsible Economically Advanced Model-Citizens, Inc. (D.R.E.A.M.). Since inception, the organization has touched the lives of thousands of high school students across the country.
Femi’s work includes the development of a nationally recognized financial literacy curriculum for high school youth. He has been featured in Black Enterprise, Delta Sky Magazine, Power 105.1 in NYC among other media outlets.
